Faculty Feature

We are always excited to see faculty members using Isidore features that others might not know about. Dr. Kevin Schulte in the School of Business uses the Hot Spot question type in the Tests & Quizzes tool in Isidore to ensure his students can correctly identify parts of a distribution graph.

Here are some other hot spot example questions to give you some ideas of how this question type could be used. Click on the images below for larger examples.

Did You Know?

Screenshot of poll on Twitter where 69% of students responded that they use Flashcards.
Did you know that 69% of students reported using flashcards in our very formal, peer-reviewed poll conducted via Twitter? (And yes, that is sarcasm).

Did you know that only 4 faculty members at UD have created flashcard sets with the Flashcard Learning App in Isidore?

Flashcards represent a form of perceptual learning that can help students quickly and effectively achieve lower-level thinking skills like memorization of specific facts. To help facilitate student learning in your course, consider creating flashcard sets using the Flashcard Learning App in Isidore.

Find out how to use the tool by watching the 3 minute video below, or read more in our E-Wiki.
If you have an idea for a flashcard set, but aren't sure how to get started or don't have the time to build out the set yourself, let us know, and we'll help you build out the set.*
*For a limited time only. Limit one set per customer. Just kidding, please let us help!
