• The identification of key concepts of student assessment
• An explanation of the essential elements of standardized testing
• The recognition of the impact and/or implications of No Child Left Behind
• A definition of authentic assessment and an explanation of its origin
• Understand the role of assessment in Catholic schools
• The opportunity to achieve a score of 80% or higher on a quiz over the Module 8 core content items.
